The Office of Properties & Facilities Ownership and Management serves and assists parishes, schools and diocesan facilities within the Diocese by providing assistance with all aspects of property in the following ways:
- Construction projects
- All aspects of real estate which includes buying, appraising and leasing
- Maintenance issues
- Structural and engineering problems with professionals available to the Diocese of Metuchen
- Approved and qualified architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Asbestos Inspection Program
- Comprehensive Energy Program

The Office Properties & Facilities also works closely with members of the Diocesan offices to schedule, and plan meetings and conferences at the Diocesan Center.
