Presently, we have a full-time opening for a Memorial Counselor in our Office of Cemeteries, who will be responsible for assisting families with cemetery arrangements (pre-need & at-need) and actively following up on sales leads using existing systems and programs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, possess outstanding interpersonal and relational skills, be technically proficient (MS Office suite), have a proven record of consistently meeting sales objectives, and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with respect to scheduling and recordkeeping.
