The Office of Property & Facilities Management serves and assists parishes, schools and diocesan facilities within the Diocese by providing assistance with all aspects of property in the following ways:

  • Construction projects
  • All aspects of real estate which includes buying, appraising and leasing
  • Maintenance issues
  • Structural and engineering problems with professionals available to the Diocese of Metuchen
  • Approved and qualified architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and suppliers
  • Asbestos Inspection Program
  • Comprehensive Energy Program

The Office Property & Facilities also works closely with members of the Diocesan offices to schedule, and plan meetings and conferences at the Diocesan Center.
