Franciscan at Home Partnership Launch for Deacons

Tuesday, August 13, 2024, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PMJoin fellow deacons from around the Diocese of Metuchen in the launching of the diocesan partnership with Franciscan University’s Catechetical Institute. This evening will include an overview of Franciscan at Home, the unique formation platform that is being offered to all those in ministry in the Diocese of Metuchen at no cost. The principles behind this unique, accompaniment based, on-line formation platform with deacon specific formation workshops will be explained and use of the platform will be demonstrated. Deacons will leave with the ability to comfortably use this workshop based formation tool and accompany those in their parish ministries, if applicable, as the use of this formation tool spreads across parishes in the Diocese of Metuchen.
