As the Bishop of Metuchen, Bishop Checchio looks foward to celebrating the Mass and visiting all the parts of the Diocese.
The Office of Divine Worship collaborates with parishes and institutions in preparing the liturgies when the Bishop is principal celebrant. When the Bishop is the principal celebrant at your parish please provide details by completing the online form below.

Episcopal Liturgical Preparation Form

If you are scheduled to have Bishop Checchio to celebrate a liturgy at your Parish/Insititution, please submit the applicable Liturgical Preparation (LP) Form. We request that the form is submitted two weeks prior to the scheduled liturgy in order to ensure that there is an adequate amount of time for the Office of Divine Worship & the Office of the Bishop to review and make any adjustments.
Please note that a submitted LP form is for a single liturgy. For additional LP submission, please submit another separate form.For details on preparing for celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation, visit our Resources page.

If you require additional space for further details than room provided on the PDF form, please provide the information on a separate document to include with the form.Once completed, please email the completed LP forms to worship@diometuchen.org to allow adequate amount of time for the Office of Divine Worship & the Office of the Bishop to review and make any adjustments.
