To be qualified as a principal at St. James Elementary School, the principal should:- be a practicing and committed Catholic
- have a commitment to community and faith development within the school
- have demonstrated leadership qualities
- possess demonstrated interpersonal skills
- exhibit relevant teaching experience
- possess an earned, or evidence of significant progress toward, a master’s degree with
- certification in administration and supervision
- possess a working knowledge of, and active participation and management in, the
- budgetary process
