be a practicing and committed Catholic
have a commitment to community and faith development within the school
have demonstrated leadership qualities
possess demonstrated interpersonal skills
exhibit relevant teaching experience
possess an earned, or evidence of significant progress toward, a master’s degree with
certification in administration and supervision
possess a working knowledge of, and active participation and management in, the
budgetary process
