The Office of Child and Youth Protection, in collaboration with VIRTUS, will be hosting a follow-up session for all Parish/School Background Coordinators within the Diocese of Metuchen. We continue to work closely with VIRTUS and Selection.com to develop and institute a Safe Environment background check process that is both thorough and user friendly.
As we continue to navigate the new system together, we require that all background coordinators attend one of these follow-up sessions. During these follow-up sessions, we will go over what is needed to prepare and submit the $1.00 report. Pat Neal, Director of VIRTUS® Programs, will go over some of the features that you (the Local Administrator/Background Coordinator) will have on Virtus. At the conclusion of the tutorial, we will will be taking questions.
