The Archdiocese of Newark’s Office for Family Life Ministry is offering a virtual Bereavement Ministry Support Training Course. The six online sessions will begin Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00 PM on Zoom starting April 17th – May 22nd, 2024. This program is designed for those who wish to become facilitators for existing parish bereavement support groups or those who wish to begin a bereavement support ministry at their parish or online. The program can also benefit those who minister to the bereaved in parishes in other ways as well.
