The Ministry with People with Disabilities in the Diocese of Metuchen is committed to facilitate the implementation of the Pastoral Statement of the U.S. Catholic Bishops on People with Disabilities which calls for "realizing the unique gifts individuals with disabilities have to offer the Church" and Society and to advocate for the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the full participation of the liturgical and sacramental life of the Church.

Annual Arc Walkathon

Roosevelt Park in Edison

Registration begins at 9:00 AM

Walkathon begins at 10:00 AM and ends around 12:00 Noon

The Arc of Middlesex County supports over 400 individuals and their families through various programs.  All proceeds raised from the Walkathon will go towards enhancing these programs which include community residences, supportive employment, career centers, family support, and recreation.
