The Office of Property & Facilities Management serves and assists parishes, schools and diocesan facilities within the Diocese by providing assistance with all aspects of property in the following ways:

• Construction projects
• All aspects of real estate which includes buying, appraising and leasingMaintenance issues
• Structural and engineering problems with professionals available to the Diocese of Metuchen
• Approved and qualified architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Asbests Inspection Program
• Natural Gas Program
