The Office of Finance assists the Bishop, diocesan councils, parishes, schools, and committees in running their respective organizations with an administrative ideal, and to use the administrative tools of budgeting, reporting, financial comparisons, and forecasting in line with the parish ministries and parochial projects that they run.

The office helps plan for the future of the Diocese, helps parish personnel project for the future of their parish, and helps both diocesan and parochial institutions with the review and analysis of their own operations. This office also manages the 30,000 plus pledges and payments made to the Bishop's Annual Appeal. The office also works with parishes to maintain their parishioner databases.
